    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an international voice support role
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle challenging customer interactions
    • Skilled multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
    • Professional etiquette and ability to interact with customers of diverse backgrounds
    • Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
    • Previous BPO experience is a plus
