Currently House of Shipping is looking to identify a high caliber Assistant Finance Manager .


JOB SUMMARY:
Chief Accountant/Asst.

FM is expected to monitor all finance related issue of the company, give advice to other departments related to the finance.

Have full financial situation of the company and report on profit and loss on regular basis.

Review the documentation and make sure the accuracy, have regular meetings with senior managers and give related advice on finance issues, be able to act as an internal/office manager for the company when necessary.

To handle the whole Gamut of finance functions of GIGA Mumbai.


JOB ROLE DESCRIPTION
accounting entries are passed on a daily basis in A/cting system and ensuring the books are UpToDate.
Cash closure & Daily bank reconciliation are done.
Daily Filing of vouchers for Audit purpose.reconciliation.
Cash flow submissions.
Monthly Financial Statements with Variance for GIGA India.

Compliance with Local tax filings – Like eTDS returns, Advance Tax & GST Returns.finalization of accounts & Annual Audits.a Team (When the business grows)monthly invoices as per tasks as given from time to time.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
prior experience in the related field.communication multi task & manage pressure of work.
