    Description
    One of the MNC Companies is Hiring for a Procurement Professional at Mid Management level role.

    The right candidate for this position should have experience & knowledge of Supply Chain/Purchasing with relevant experience managing &interacting with vendors & Negotiations, Contracting.

    The role demands a very dynamic & adaptable approach for supporting Business objectives. Represent SCM in influencing best practice standards through participation in relevant.

    Stakeholder & vendor forums.


    Main Responsibilities:

    Procurement activities:

    • Validate user requirement, float RFQ/RFP/tenders.
    • Identify & develop suppliers as per requirements.
    • Engage in vendor negotiation for procurement deals.
    • Map & Prepare cost comparisons & arrive at target price.
    • Make Purchase recommendations.

    Contract Management:

    • Negotiate contract terms with vendors on casetocase basis.
    • Coordinate between legal & users for contract compliance

    Process & Policies adherence:

    • Ensure strict compliance for Purchase policy.
    • DOP/DOA adherence for all PO & decisions.
    • Ensure Adherence to CLRA & other compliances.

    Stakeholder management:

    • Engage with stakeholders to facilitate right dimensioning, vendors and commercial model.
    • Identify high risk suppliers & work on alternate plans to minimize the risk.
    • Periodic supplier Governance meeting with suppliers.
    • Driving TCO reduction for the Project.

    Skills/Qualification/Experience:

    • MBA or Mech/Electrical Engineering background with equivalent (Data Centre/Telecom) Industry experience.
    • 15+ years Procurement Experience in Data Centre/Telecom, construction or relevant industry
    • Strong commercial, negotiation and analytical skill.
    • Ability to communicate with Impact and engage effectively with stakeholders.
    • Strong communication & decisionmaking skills
    • Team player.
    • Good interpersonal and leadership skills
    • Cross functional experience with relevant Purchase Background.
    • Willingness to travel (as and when required)
