Key Responsibilities:
• Senior Leadership Experience:
o Currently holding a Manager position for at least 3 years.
o Proven expertise in devising sales strategies for specific geographic regions.
• Tactical Business Development:
o Identifying strategic opportunities, forging key partnerships, and driving revenue growth through new business initiatives.
o Involved into multiple modes of lead generation activities throughout the Globe, exclusively in US, EU, UK and MENA regions.
o Established and nurtured a robust sales pipeline, optimizing campaign success through adept adjustments to meet the ever-changing demands of the dynamic market.
• Strategic Sales Management:
o Target-driven responsibility for end-to-end IT Sales & Marketing.
o Develop and execute sales strategies, forecast and plan actions to meet targets and ensure profitability.
o Analyze market strategies, identify global opportunities, and focus on quarterly trends.
• Proactive Business Leadership:
o Recognized for proactively identifying and solving business problems.
o Formulate tactical plans, initiate change, and implement effective business strategies in challenging environments.
o Drive revenue generation, expand market share, and improve profitability.
• Sales Expertise:
o Hands-on experience in closing leads through effective communication and understanding of project needs.
o Onsite sales experience for B2B & B2C in US, EU, OR UK regions.
o Identify opportunities for campaigns, global event participation, and distribution channels.
• Market Analysis and SEO Optimization:
o Analyze and align strategies to meet defined sales/marketing targets.
o Monitor SEO activities to improve user acquisition for targeted inbound leads.
• Team Building and Mentoring:
o Encourage team building activities to stabilize the sales team and maintain a healthy work environment.
o Mentor and train the sales team for higher growth and targets.
• Strategic Planning and Financial Management:
o Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
o Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Client Relationship Management:
o Drive up and cross selling initiatives and foster strong client relationships.
o Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of key performance indicators.
Desired Profile:
• Minimum 7+ years of B2B International Business Development and Sales experience in the Enterprise IT Service industry.
• Business Management graduate/post-graduate or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution.
• Strong strategic and business development skills focused on revenue growth for technology products and solutions.
• Experience in managing international sales, particularly in technology solution selling for B2B and large enterprises.
• Demonstrable initiative, ownership, and results-oriented mindset.
• Track record of managing successful selling processes and leading a team of sales/customer success professionals.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with a thorough knowledge of various cultural nuances.
• Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders across organizational levels.
