We are seeking a highly skilled Global Aquaculture Sustainability Manager to lead our efforts in responsible sourcing and drive impactful change across our shrimp supply chain.

About the Role:

• Strategic Leadership:  Spearhead the development and implementation of aquaculture responsible sourcing roadmaps aligned with our sustainability goals.


• Policies & Standards: Ensure compliance and performance across global teams by adapting Group Sustainability standards for aquaculture, promoting best practices, and staying ahead of regulatory changes (e.g., ASC, BAP).


• Collaboration & Engagement: Foster strong relationships with Category Managers, Purchasing teams, suppliers, farmers, and industry stakeholders to promote sustainable practices and improve procurement operations.
