    "Key Responsibilities:

    Lead and manage a team of automotive test engineers to ensure efficient and effective testing of automotive systems and components.

    Develop and implement test plans and strategies for automotive testing, including HIL, MIL, SIL, and PIL methods.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements and develop test cases accordingly.

    Review and analyze test results, identify issues, and provide recommendations for improvements.

    Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of testing milestones and deliverables.

    Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and other stakeholders.

    Manage and maintain the test environment, including hardware and software tools.

    Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in automotive testing methods and tools.

    Participate in proposal and SOW development for new projects.

    Review and approve test cases developed by team members.

    Implement automation using Python to streamline and improve testing processes.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or a related field.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive testing with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

    Strong knowledge and experience in HIL, MIL, SIL, or PIL methods.

    Proficiency in Labview is highly desirable.

    Exposure to IVI testing and ADAS testing is a must.

    Familiarity with vehicle system testing is preferred.

    In-depth understanding of ECU and related testing processes.

    Experience in developing and reviewing test cases.

    Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex systems.

    Experience in proposal and SOW development is a plus.

    Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

    Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Automation experience using Python is highly recommended.
