    Role: Senior Finance Executive (Accounts Receivable)

    Experience: 3+ years of Financial Management

    Job Description:

    A Finance executive job description begins with having excellent accounting and analytical skills, is responsible for handling all financial processes of the organization, implementing financial policies, keeping track of financial transactions, and providing the managerial team with finance reports.

    Responsibilities:

    Is responsible for Account reconciliations such as accounts receivable and reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions.

    Will be responsible for Accounts Receivables and Collections via Mail, Calls etc.

    Should have exposure working on End to End Accounts Receivable process and preferably in collections.

    The Ideal candidate should overlook the invoicing procedures such as Tracking, reviewing, approving, and issuing invoices. Defining invoicing data types and maintaining databases and assisting with past due or denied invoices.

    Review offline contracts, and provide recommendations and establish processes for recognition in accordance with company's revenue recognition policy

    Updating billing and collection records to ensure that all accounts are paid in full and that any outstanding balances are accurately noted.

    Research Credit card, Payment gateway and Chargeback disputes received from credit card companies, Financial Institutions and build dispute cases to accept or recover funds using existing mechanism

    Create accurate monthly and quarterly reports with financial statements under US GAAP within the required deadlines.

    Deliver financial reports including commentary on P&L and balance sheet movements for US GAAP and guide the auditor's through all stages of the audit.

    Should have sound knowledge of how IRS tax audits work along with sales taxation.

    Exposure to Risk management frameworks and compliance practices with HIPAA, SOC2

    Ideal candidate would be Performing P&L analysis and providing P&L explanation and commentary to senior management.

    Responsible for analyzing ROI data and creating reports that help management make informed decisions about future projects

    You are responsible for tracking the company's financial performance against a plan, analyzing business performance and market conditions to create forecasts, and helping senior management make tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports

    You will be working and collaborating closely with the US audit teams.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

    3 to 7 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, AP/AR, Reporting, Forecasting, Budgeting.

    Proven expertise in Accounts Receivables and Collections handling minimum 300 B2B accounts.

    An Ideal candidate is expected to possess prior experience in manual Accounts Receivables accounting.

    Working understanding of CRMs like Salesforce/Pipedrive/Netsuite and continued exposure to accounting tools like QuickBooks.

    Exposure working with Payment gateways like Paypal, Stripe and Braintree etc

    Strong working knowledge of Excel, Spreadsheets and financial modeling

    Excellent analytical, decision-making, communication and problem solving skills

    Attention to accuracy and detail required

    US SaaS environment would be advantageous
