    Job Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with internal teams to manage brand requirements, encompassing planning, execution, and team follow-ups.
    • Tailor copy specifically for employer branding and corporate communications initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives and values.
    • Develop compelling copy tailored for B2B audiences, spread across various industries
    • Contribute to team brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas, advance campaigns, and inform creative strategies.
    • Proactively propose timely content and marketing campaigns based on trending conversations relevant to the target audience.
    • Conduct thorough research on client brands and competitors, including past campaigns, while staying updated on emerging industry trends.
    • Monitor trends in digital and new media industries, as well as competitor offerings, to enhance current services.
    • Analyze the characteristics, behavior, and media habits of specific audience segments to identify target audiences and propose creative solutions.
    • Collaborate in end-to-end coordination and execution with junior team members or freelancers for assigned brands.
    • Ensure timely and effective internal communication to meet client timelines.
    • Oversee and conduct quality checks on all copy and creative content to maintain brand standards.
    • Recommend the most suitable platforms (Facebook, Twitter, , Instagram, etc.) for conveying client messages, considering outreach, frequency, and budget.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of 4 years of copywriting experience.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing exemplary work, particularly in copy specific to employer branding, corporate communications and B2B brands.
    • Agency experience is essential.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask across multiple projects.
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
