TECHNICAL AND FIELD SUPPORT EXECUTIVE / HELPDESK ENGINEERTECHNICAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVE / HELPDESK ENGINEER

Work Location:
Kochi, Kozhikode, Malappuram
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound IT Helpdesk calls from customers across the globe and perform basic troubleshooting.
Initiates follow up calls with customers.
Responding to client IT support requests via chats, calls, and appointments.
Providing technical support via remote access and onsite.
Update and monitor ticketing systems.
Essential requirements:
Good communication skills.
Willing to work in dedicated night shift.
Basic skills for working as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Specialist, or a related role.
Good knowledge of working with Windows systems.
Proficient knowledge of computer systems and their peripherals.
Need basic Mysql, sql and Database knowledges.
Advantage and preferences :
Knowledge in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Office 365, Ms Outlook, Ms Word, Ms Excel, OneDrive etc
Knowledge in infrastructure concepts like Active Directory, Windows Servers, DNS, DHCP, RDP, AV, VM, MDM, Backup, VLAN, VPN, Servers, Firewall, Router, switch, Printer etc.
