    About the role:

    We are looking for the next Rocket Singh who has what it takes to be the 'Salesman of the Year'. If you are someone who likes interacting with people and is blessed with amazing convincing skills, this is the perfect job for you

    Key responsibilities:

    • Contact potential or existing customers over the phone to present our products, address their doubts and questions, and drive conversions
    • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information/feedback to increase conversion efficiency and improve our products
    • Understand users' pain points and help them understand why they should choose Internshala
    • Participate in team meetings, discuss user feedback with the team, and brainstorm ideas for optimizing the product and services

    Who are we looking for?

    Someone who:-

    • has previous experience in sales in the recruitment industry is advantageous.
    • has excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
    • is a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented individual.
    • has the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

    Location - Gurgaon (Scholiverse Educare Pvt. Ltd. 901A/B, Iris Tech Park, Sector 48, Gurugram, India

    Compensation - INR 3-4.5LPA fixed + 3LPA variable
