Expectations from the Role

• Conceptualization, development, and operationalization of unique psychometric assessmenttools meant for digital mediums.
• Planning and administration of studies among targeted user group samples for validation,establishment of reliability, standard norm development, and other required analysis for newlydeveloped psychometric assessment tools.
• Contribution to the technical development of psychometric assessment tools meant for digitalmediums by conducting content and functional analysis of the tools.

Background and RequirementsJob RequirementsDesired Experience Range10+ years of post-qualification experience in research in Psychology / Counseling Psychology / Quantitative Psychology, Psychometric Assessment, and counseling of students of schools and higher educational institutions.

For Ph.
D. holders, 8+ years of post-qualification experience.
Educational QualificationsPh.
D. / M.A. / M.Sc. in Psychology with specialization in Counseling Psychology / Quantitative Psychology / Psychometry / similar field. PhDs are preferred.

Required Technical Skill Set1. Counseling Psychology2. Quantitative Psychology / Psychometry3. Advanced Excel for Statistical Analysis

Must-Have1.

Extensive knowledge of Counseling Psychology with demonstrable experience and expertise inpsychological research; must have published at least 5 papers based on research work ininternational peer reviewed journals.2.

Extensive knowledge of Psychometry with demonstrable experience and expertise inpsychometric assessment development, administration, and analysis.3. Demonstrable knowledge of using Advanced Excel for Statistical Analysis.4.

Demonstrable experience in counseling students at schools and higher educational institutions,or people in the age group of Strong analytical and presentation skills.6.

Strong communication and Interpersonal skills

.Good-to-Have1. Demonstrable experience in development of psychometric assessments which are meant foradministration on digital mediums.2. Excellent academic background throughout academic career (75% or above marks or equivalentgrades)3. Preferably alumnus of top tier Indian / International University
