Aesthetic Medical Professional

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Utilize previous experience in performing laser treatments, filler procedures, and other aesthetic operations alongside a team of professionals.
• Handle and manage various equipment including lasers for hair reduction, Q-switch lasers, peels, mesotherapy, fillers, threadlifts, and microblading.
• Assist lead doctors in executing various procedures within the clinic premises.
• Supervise laser therapists/technicians and perform necessary procedures under the guidance of in-house doctors.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and continually improving the quality of services provided.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive business growth and development.
• Oversee aesthetic business operations in the clinic, ensuring qualitative and quantitative excellence.
• Provide comprehensive skin consultations to customers and recommend suitable service packages.
• Perform advanced skin care services and offer consultation/patient diagnosis at the clinic in coordination with doctors and counselors.
• Ensure the efficacy, safety, and adherence to high professional standards in medical procedures performed under supervision.
• Foster close teamwork within a confined environment.
• Possess sound theoretical and clinical knowledge.
• Demonstrate good understanding of clinical practices and protocols.
• Display ability to handle diverse patient types.
• Cultivate patient conversion for treatment processes.

Requirements:

• BDS, BAMS, BHMS degrees or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Age limit: Up to 35 years.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English languages preferred.
• Must be able to commute/relocate to VASANT VIHAR, Delhi - 110057.
