- Negotiating and managing business relationships; Identifying for the business through redevelopment of societies.
- Monitor redevelopment business development process
- Responsible for documentation and review of all processes and procedures from time to time.
- Recommendations and finalization to undertake the societies for redevelopment.
- Identifying, prospecting, negotiating, and closing societies for redevelopment.
- Develop and maintain broker network
- Liaison with relevant functions for relevant compliances in coordination with tenants.
- Ensure that the title of the property is clear and 100% due diligence is carried out following all the parameters – Location, Pricing, Overall Title, Documentation, etc.
- Carry out a financial feasibility study of the project
- Manage pre-construction / launch
- Land Acquisition
- Commercial structuring of deals - Outright, JV, Redevelopment
