    Marketing Manager

    This is a full-time on-site role at Karnataka Chemical Industries in Mumbai and Gujarat. The Marketing Manager will oversee marketing campaigns, develop strategies to promote products or services, analyze market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
    • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the rubber industry.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively present ideas and recommendations.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or related field.
    • Previous experience in the rubber industry, with knowledge of synthetic rubber, rubber chemicals, and carbon black.
    • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
