    Category Manager


    Bijak is looking for an experienced Category Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, and execution of product categories within the company.

    The objective will be to maximize sales and profitability by ensuring that the right products are available at the right time and in the right quantities.

    The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and supply chain, to drive growth and achieve overall business objectives.


    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement product, pricing & go to market strategies.
    • Develop and execute category strategies to drive growth and profitability.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
    • Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products
    • Make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory
    • Monitor and analyze category performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
    • Proven experience in scaling up operations or businesses, showing a clear impact on growth and operational efficiency
    • Exceptional ability to analyze complex situations, identify critical issues, and develop effective solutions in a timely manner
