- Pre opening role, with the hotel planned to open in 2024 Recruitment of the pre opening team
- Pre opening co ordination and management of processes
- Responsible for setting up SOPs and standards for opening the unit as per RHG guidelines
- Ensures the smooth running of the hotel, where all areas of the business are managed and the guest service experience is delivered to the highest levels
- Working proactively with all key stakeholders to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.
- Proven experience in general management with strong problem solving capabilities
- Minimum 4 years experience as a general manager with a reputed 5 star hospitality brand
- Excellent leadership skills with a hands on approach and lead by example work style
- Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
- Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
- Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms
- Strong communication skills
