    Job Overview

    We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a GSA - House Keeping. As a GSA - House Keeping, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all areas of the hotel. This is a full-time position located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Salary range: Competitive.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience in housekeeping preferred, but not required
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
    • Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
    • Customer service-oriented mindset
    • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Ensure all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and public spaces, are clean and well-maintained
    • Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and floor polishing
    • Restock and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms
    • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
    • Assist guests with inquiries or requests regarding housekeeping services
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Office and Maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience
    • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
    • Adhere to the hotel's policies and procedures, including privacy and security measures
    • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with guests and team members
    • Attend training sessions and meetings as required
