Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.

Conduct thorough testing of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure they meet the specified requirements and quality standards.

Good Hands-on on Mobile applications with various devices and versions.
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies, and work closely with the development team to resolve them.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software.

Report on testing effort status and resultsPerform regression testing to ensure that previously identified defects have been resolved and that no new issues have been introduced.

Continuously improve and optimize the QA process by identifying areas for automation and implementing appropriate testing tools and frameworks.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to web and mobile application testing.

Ensure the quality control and oversight for the deliverables produced by the teamProactively identify technical risks and issuesBuild a trusted working relationship with respective counterparts within the ClientPrepare and track the quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts, test coverage etc.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role, with a focus on web and mobile application testing.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Good experience in Defect management like Jira, QC ALM etc and Test management tools.


Preferred Qualifications:
ISTQB or similar certification in software testing.
Experience with test automation and scripting languages such as Python or Java is a plus.

Essential experience with building Test Automation frameworks (Cucumber, Selenium)Experience in Mobile automation using Appium or any other feasible tools and framework.

Automated testing on browsers and mobile devices (IOS, ANDROID)Knowledge of performance testing and security testing methodologies.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
