Digital Transformation Leader in Retail Banking

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader with expertise in the retail banking domain to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives.

About Our Client

Our client is a prominent financial services firm with a strong presence in the retail banking sector. As a leading organisation, it provides a robust platform for professionals to grow, innovate and lead in their respective domains.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a digital strategy aligned with company objectives
Foster innovation across tech, product, and the entire organisation
Build future-readiness by introducing new-age technologies and infrastructure
Enhance the digital channel experience through fast iterations and execution on web and mobile platforms
Collaborate with department heads to ensure digital strategy alignment
Ensure digital compliance with banking industry regulations and standards
Monitor and report on digital performance metrics

Requirements

Strong educational background in Information Technology or Computer Science
Deep understanding of the retail banking industry and relevant technology expertise
Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects
Exceptional leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
A keen eye for emerging digital trends and technologies
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
