Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate leadership qualities to guide and mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions according to client requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, and scripts using ServiceNow technologies (e.g., ServiceNow Platform, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed for ServiceNow development.
• Manage and prioritize development tasks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on ServiceNow development best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, trends, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform configurations, including Service Portal, Workflows, Forms, and UI policies.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server) and scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead a team of developers.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
