As a Maintenace Mechanical Technician you will be responsible for Operating of compressor & maintaining the related logbooks. Recording of downtime & failure data in daily logbook.

Your Responsibilities{{:}}

Follow the SHE requirement of Envalior & ensure the implementation of day to day activity.

· Operating of compressor & maintaining the related logbooks.

· Recording of downtime & failure data in daily log book

· Proper changeover of compressor & N2 plant operation.

· Maintaining proper 5 S in plant.

· Activity in PM as per schedule and coordination to team.

· Activity for improvement in existing system by contributing kaizen & knowledge sharing.

· Supporting shift fitter for attending Process Change Over & Maintenance breakdowns in plant.

· To help & support documenting for ISO, EMS,IATF, Preventive, and Autonomous Maintenance activity.

· Knowledge & hands hold experience in Twin screw extruder maintenance.

· Knowledge & hands hold experience in Pelletizer system.

· Supporting modification activity in plant.

· Maintaining the utility system(Compressor,CT,Scrubber,ETP) area operational.

· Maintaining the water distribution system from bore well

· Knowledge permit to work system & supporting to implement in the plant.

SAP hours booking & MWN closing.

Education qualifications{{:}} -

· ITI fitter with 2 to 3 years of experience in similar field.
