- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Control Panel Designer with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience
- In-depth knowledge of PLC wiring drawing, E-Diagrams, ladder logic, SPM machine wiring, and electrical control panel design
- Proficiency in using design software and tools such as AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with electrical safety regulations and standards
- Design and develop electrical control panels for various industrial automation projects
- Create and maintain control panel layout drawings, including PLC wiring drawings, E-Diagrams, and ladder logic diagrams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of control panels with SPM machines and other electrical systems
- Maintain knowledge of industry standards and best practices for electrical control panel design
- Review and analyze customer requirements to provide efficient and effective control panel solutions
- Conduct troubleshooting and resolve any issues related to control panel design or implementation
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and standards
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source necessary components for control panel assembly
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior control panel designers
