- Graduate / Postgraduate in Computer Sciences or a related field
- 8+ years of IT experience
- Hands-on experience in:
- Developing scalable & high availability applications
- Software development using Agile methodology
- Java/J2EE & Spring
- REST API (JAX-RS/Spring)
- Databases (RDBMS/NoSQL
- Any cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Any one (NoSQL/Big Data/DevOps) – Redis/MongoDB/Neo4j/Elastic Search/Cassandra/HBase /Spark/Kafka/Terraform/Docker/Ansible/Grafana
- Troubleshooting issues & diagnosing performance bottlenecks
- Good understanding of Architecture & Design
- Experience in institutionalizing best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, test driven development, build processes, testing and operations.
- Experience in mentoring Senior Engineers Preferred Experience
- Exposure to Product Development
