Job Description:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing high-quality software applications using Python and its associated frameworks. This role demands strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a flair for creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Web Applications: Utilize Django, Django REST Framework, Flask, and FastAPI to develop robust web applications and APIs. Experience with Odoo is a plus.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and discuss solutions. Ensure client satisfaction through high-quality service and exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Project Management: Lead projects from conception to delivery, ensuring they adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Apply Agile methodologies to streamline development processes.
• Team Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, promoting an environment of learning and growth. Oversee their work to ensure high standards.
• Innovative Problem Solving: Employ smart and creative thinking to address complex challenges, continuously proposing and implementing effective solutions.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Python: Strong knowledge of Python and experience with Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, Django REST Framework, and FastAPI.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects efficiently.
• Client Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of successful client engagements.
• Team Leadership: Experience in mentoring and leading junior team members.
• Creativity and Problem-Solving: Ability to think outside the box and deliver innovative solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Odoo: Knowledge of Odoo's framework and its integration will be considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile Practices: Proficient understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in Python development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
