    System Architect: AI/ML/Gen-AI Solutions

    Responsibilities :

    • Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML/Gen-AI solutions, encompassing data ingestion, processing, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
    • Define the overall technical architecture, including the selection of appropriate algorithms, frameworks, tools, and infrastructure.
    • Develop architectural blueprints, design patterns, and best practices for building scalable, reliable, and secure AI systems.
    • Evaluate and recommend emerging AI technologies and trends, including LLMs, and their potential application to business problems.
    • Lead the design and implementation of solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) for various use cases, such as natural language processing, text generation, summarization, and conversational AI.
    • Architect solutions that integrate LLMs with other AI/ML components and business systems.
    • Optimize LLM performance, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model distillation.
    • Address challenges related to LLM deployment, such as scalability, latency, and cost.
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
    • Conduct technical reviews of designs, code, and implementations to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
    • Drive the adoption of new AI/ML technologies and methodologies within the organization.

    • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI/ML/Gen-AI projects, ensuring they are completed on time, to the highest quality standards.
    • Work with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
    • Identify and mitigate technical risks, and develop contingency plans.
    • Ensure that solutions are deployed and integrated successfully into production environments.
    • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, particularly in the field of LLMs and generative AI.
    • Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and techniques for potential adoption.
    • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to apply AI/ML to solve new business problems.
    • Contribute to the development of intellectual property and thought leadership.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
    • 12-15 years of overall experience in software engineering or related fields.
    • 6-8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, with a strong emphasis on practical application in enterprise settings.
    • Extensive hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in real-world scenarios.
    • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and deep learning techniques.
    • Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and robust AI/ML solutions.
    • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in relevant AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers).
    • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
    • Knowledge of data engineering principles and tools for data ingestion, processing, and storage.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead technical discussions.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

    Preferred Skills :

    • Experience with deploying and productionizing AI/ML models at scale.
    • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD in AI/ML.
    • Experience with MLOps platforms and tools.
    • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or publications in relevant conferences.
