Developing technical documentationincluding tutorials guides release notes API documentation andonline help that meets the needs of various user audiences. 8.Planning developing organizing writing and editing operationalprocedures and manuals. 9. Creating andbuilding out a Knowledge Base including howto guides FAQs and Helpsections.
