    Looking For SAP HCM Payroll Professionals For Global IT MNC @Bangalore

    Greetings From 2COMS Group

    Location: Bangalore

    Experience: 8+ years


    Project Role: Application Lead Project

    Role Description: Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

    Must have Skills: SAP HCM Payroll
    Good to Have Skills: SAP HCM Benefits Management

    Key Responsibilities:
    Evaluating and develop and deploying reliable and efficient Payroll solutions for complex business and standard legal requirements Defining system requirements in collaboration with project delivery teams and business partners, creating detailed functional specifications, system configuration, unit testing, integration testing, User Acceptance, and deployment solution

    Technical Experience:
    • Expert knowledge in SAP Australian Payroll and Taxation STP,
    • Year-End Activities At least 3 to 4 SAP Payroll implementation project experience,
    • Should have experience in support projects, HRSP, and CLC upgrades
    • Good at time management configuration Strong Business process knowledge Liaise directly with Business owners to diagnose problems with existing SAP Payroll programs or provide Root Cause analysis for the issues independently.


    Requirements

    Good to have experience working in payroll of US, Canada, Chile, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Great Britain
    Professional Attributes : good communication skills
    Educational Qualification: Graduate
