Job title: Product Manager

Description

Product Manager - Clinical Systems

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Management and Change Management at the Systems level, with experience working with Clinical and Healthcare data systems. They will be able to work with business users to understand their needs and manage escalations.

About the Role:

Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle
Gather and prioritize product and internal stakeholder requirements
Define the product roadmap and work closely with Technology, Quality Compliance and Operations
Facilitate the oversight and management of COTS systems

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
Work with project team on timelines for new technologies and releases/upgrades for existing applications
Review and determine applicability of releases/upgrades for existing applications
Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams
Analyze potential partner relationships for the product and lead the effort to integrate current applications with other systems/solutions
Work with Product Support teams to create test plans
Serve as point of contact for managed products and become the go-to person for all IT related issues
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
Minimum 5 years' experience within CRO
Data-oriented, independent self-starter
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong Project Management skills
