We are seeking candidates eager to leverage their extensive experience in land acquisition for a pivotal role within our dynamic Renewables company. Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize substantial expertise in land acquisition, encompassing Revenue, Forest, and Private Land, to identify and secure potential sites. Prepare comprehensive valuation reports and engage in negotiations for land and property acquisition.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of relevant legislation including the Land Revenue Act, Stamp & Registration Act, Forest Conservation Act, among others.

Possess a minimum of 20 years of hands-on experience in land procurement and acquisition within the Gujarat region.

Exhibit approximately 10 years of specialized experience within the Wind & Solar sectors.

Preferred Qualifications:

LLB graduates will be given preference due to the legal complexities inherent in land acquisition.

Exposure to drafting petitions and Public Interest Litigation (PIL) will be considered a significant advantage.
