- Interact regularly with Branch In Charge to set targets & achieve required sales for Multiple products for Rural Markets.
- Recruitment, Handling and grooming of the Sales Team in presentation & selling skills.
- Make joint calls with sales team, if required.
- Training for competence development of Branch In Charge.
- Provide inputs to develop marketing strategies and marketing support to Sales Staff.
- Driving Sales Processes.
- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable Dealers, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
- Implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of targets.
- Demonstrate consistency and maturity in sales forecasting processes
- Ensure all reports are consistent in quality: accurate, complete and on time
- To lead the team to meet the business targets of revenue and profitability of the branches under Area.
- Monitoring performance of Branches in terms of key drivers

- Employee Productivity
- Customer experience managing Incentive Schemes.
- Responsible for smooth flow of process relating to Sales and Operations.
- Understanding & management of Business Productivity
- Graduate/MBA in Marketing
- 8-12 yrs. experience in Assets finance and Consumer durable business is a must.
- Good communication and pleasing personality.
- High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm
