    Description

    Job Role

    • Interact regularly with Branch In Charge to set targets & achieve required sales for Multiple products for Rural Markets.
    • Recruitment, Handling and grooming of the Sales Team in presentation & selling skills.
    • Make joint calls with sales team, if required.
    • Training for competence development of Branch In Charge.
    • Provide inputs to develop marketing strategies and marketing support to Sales Staff.
    • Driving Sales Processes.
    • Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable Dealers, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
    • Implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of targets.
    • Demonstrate consistency and maturity in sales forecasting processes
    • Ensure all reports are consistent in quality: accurate, complete and on time
    • To lead the team to meet the business targets of revenue and profitability of the branches under Area.
    • Monitoring performance of Branches in terms of key drivers
    • Employee Retention
    • Employee Productivity
    • Customer experience managing Incentive Schemes.

    Mandatory skills

    • Graduate/MBA in Marketing
    • 8-12 yrs. experience in Assets finance and Consumer durable business is a must.
    • Good communication and pleasing personality.
    • High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm
