    Business Development Manager for SMB Sellers on Amazon

    We are looking for a seasoned business development manager to build and accelerate the growth of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) on Amazon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the adoption of Amazon Advertising solutions, improving seller success, and developing a long-term strategy for growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Owning Advertiser Product Adoption and Seller Success Goals: Take ownership of advertiser product adoption, ad revenue adoption, and seller success goals, with top-line and P&L responsibility.
    • Develop and implement scaled initiatives using a multi-channel approach, such as automated ad campaign recommendation tools and partnerships with other seller-facing teams.
    • Determining Long-Term Strategy: Define and drive the long-term strategy for growth, overseeing end-to-end execution.
    • Combining Insights for Segmentation: Use large data sets and firsthand insights to identify need-based segments and inform business decisions.
    • Scaled Process Setup and Automation: Establish and automate processes that work at scale to accelerate growth for SMB advertisers.
    • Leveraging Partner Teams: Collaborate with partner teams to drive account management excellence and unlock incremental value through ads revenue.
    • Performance Monitoring and Review: Regularly review performance and take corrective actions to ensure continued growth and improvement.

    About the Team

    This role is part of the Growth Customer Sales (GCS) team, which works with hundreds of thousands of SMB sellers on Amazon.in to build their brand presence using Amazon Ads.

    Requirements:

    • 4+ years of B2B sales experience
    • 7+ years of selling cost-per-click advertising (search engine marketing) experience
    • Experience building customer relationships
    • MBA
    • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or advertising campaigns from concept to completion
    • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
