    Responsibilities:

    • Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram.
    • Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement social media marketing campaigns that align with clients' goals and objectives, leveraging both organic and paid strategies.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and prepare regular reports to measure the effectiveness of social media initiatives and inform optimization strategies.
    • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
    • Influencer Outreach: Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers and industry leaders to amplify brand reach and engagement.
    • Content Calendar Management: Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting schedules and alignment with overarching marketing strategies.

    Requirements:

    • Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and develop engaging content ideas that resonate with target audiences and drive meaningful interactions.
    • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) to track performance metrics, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and engage with diverse audiences across different social media channels.
