Job summary
Develop and execute procurement strategy for interior fitout, civil materials, MEP items, furniture, and project-related services Create material master lists rate cards cost benchmarks for standardization across regions Forecast material requirements based on project pipelines timelines Identify onboard evaluate contractors suppliers service providers for fitout MEP works Build strong vendor relationships maintain robust vendor database with performance ratings Ensure vendors adhere to quality compliance safety contractual obligations Lead negotiations secure best pricing payment terms delivery timelines Implement cost-saving initiatives bulk purchasing strategies value engineering without compromising quality Prepare manage work orders service agreements procurement contracts Work closely Project Heads Engineers understand site requirements BOQs timelines Ensure timely delivery of materials project sites avoid execution delays Coordinate architects PMCs contractors internal teams approvals specifications Implement procurement SOPs approval workflows digital tracking tools Monitor purchase budgets vendor payments inventory levels cost variances Prepare MIS reports procurement dashboards cost analyses management review Ensure all purchased items meet required standards certifications quality benchmarks Mitigate risks related pricing fluctuations supply disruptions vendor performance Conduct audits material quantity verification vendor adherence agreements Bachelor degree Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering Supply Chain Management preferred Experience commercial interior fitouts construction workspace projects Understanding materials specifications costing interior civil MEP works Excellent negotiation contract management skills Deep knowledge interior fitout civil materials MEP items furniture systems market rates Experience cost optimization budgeting Strong coordination cross-functional stakeholders Proficiency Excel ERP systems BOQ management Communication analytical thinking problem-solving capabilities Fluency regional language Hindi English
