Position: Marketing Associate

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 1-3 years

Job responsibilities:

• Contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns (Online/offline)

• Managing social media accounts and creating engaging content

• Maintaining content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content

• Conduct basic keyword research and optimization for content

• Supporting sales team in organizing events, webinars, and other promotional activities

• Creating sales & marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, blog posts, articles

• Conducting market research to identify customer needs and market trends

• Analyzing market data and competitor activities

• Identifying opportunities for sales process automation and implement appropriate system to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce manual tasks

Desired Candidate:

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field

• Google Ads/Google Analytics certification would be a plus

• Strong passion for marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field

• Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends

• Creativity and ability to think outside the box

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
