    Description
    Handling Inbound inquiries:
    • Inquiry handling and maximising sales conversions through effective representation of our services offers.
    • Provide the prospects with relevant information as and when necessary in the form of our work reel, video links, testimonial links etc.
    • Provide uninterrupted coverage to inbound enquiries across all the channels. – Phone, Emails, Web Contact us form and Live chat.
    • Generate interest and qualify them before handing it over to your sales team.
    • Manage CRM and relentless follow up of all inquiries.
    • Prepare and send proposals with due consultations with the Sales and Key Accounts team.
    • Handle effective order closing and hand over to Key Accounts Management team for onboarding.
    • Be the communication bridge between the prospective client and the Business Development team to ensure meetings and other communications are handled smoothly.
    Generate and nurturing new databases:
    • Curate old internal databases and generate new databases through online sources like LinkedIn etc, to nurture new prospects.
    • Liaison and support the marketing team in all lead generation efforts.
    Develop management skills to grow a Managerial position:
    • Understand the business, evolve further, and mature into a managerial role in Sales or Marketing after successful achievement of the goals set.


    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
    • A masters degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
    • Minimum five years' experience as a marketing manager.
    • Strong B2B networking skills
    • Proficiency in managing growth and generating leads on platforms like LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
    • Strong B2B liaising experience.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing, sales & marketing tools like Lusha, HubSpot etc.
    • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
    • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
