Job summary
Prepare complete GFC drawing sets including plans, sections, elevations, and construction details Produce accurate dimensioned drawings furniture layouts partition details ceiling plans flooring plans and joinery details Develop detailed drawings for workstations cabins meeting rooms pantries collaboration areas etc Ensure all drawings adhere to design standards building codes and compliance requirements Coordination with Design MEP Project Teams Assist the Design team in developing design presentations project pitches and all design related delivrables Translate concept designs mood boards and 3D renders into technical documentation Coordinate with MEP teams HVAC electrical fire data to ensure services integration Align technical drawings with site conditions civil constraints and structural requirements Work closely with project managers and site engineers to resolve technical queries quickly Detail Development Material Specifications Produce detailed designs for carpentry modular furniture glazing systems partitions doors bespoke elements Prepare detailed joinery drawings for execution fabrication Select appropriate materials finishes hardware based on design specifications Identify cost-efficient alternatives while maintaining design intent Site Support Conduct periodic site visits verify execution against drawings Review update drawings as per site measurements change requests or technical issues Provide clarifications contractors resolve discrepancies during execution Support project team preparing as-built drawings after project completion
