    Job Summary:


    As a B2B Manager at Cherishx, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the business-to-business (B2B) strategy to drive growth and revenue for our event company.

    You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, partners, and sponsors, ensuring the successful planning and execution of events, andcontributing to the overall success of the company.

    Key Responsibilities:1.


    Client Relationship Management:

    • Identify and target potential corporate clients, partners, and sponsors for B2B collaborations.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
    • Understand clients' needs and tailor event solutions to meet their objectives and expectations.
    • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth

    2 B2B Strategy Development:

    • Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and refine the B2B sales and marketing strategy.
    • Identify emerging trends and market opportunities to expand the company's B2B client base.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets

    3 Event Planning and Execution:

    • Work closely with the event planning and operations teams to ensure the seamless execution of events for corporate clients.
    • Coordinate all logistical aspects of B2B events, including venue selection, entertainment, Decorationrequirements.
    • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution while meeting client expectations

    4 Proposal and Contract Management:

    • Prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations for potential clients.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners.
    • Ensure all contractual obligations are met and oversee the fulfillment of commitments

    5 Marketing and Promotion:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted B2B marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
    • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's B2B services.
    • Leverage digital marketing tools and social media to reach potential B2B clients

    6 Reporting and Analytics:

    • Track and analyze B2B sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
    • Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management to inform decision-making


    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the events industry.
    • Strong understanding of event planning and execution processes.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop customized event solutions.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as required.
    • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
    Preferred

    Qualifications:


    • Certification in Event Management or Sales.
    • Existing network of corporate contacts and potential clients in the events industry.
    • Experience with contract negotiation and legal aspects of B2B agreements.
