- Should be well experienced (3+ years) in a Business Development role with minimum 2 years in Skilling Field
- Should have good knowledge and insights of Skilling landscape.
- Preferably have experience of Skill training activities and Skill centre administration
- Should have a pleasing personality with good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Should be well versed in using IT software and tools related to Education.
- Should be proactive and willing to take initiatives

The trust runs schools and colleges from KG to PG having more than 3500 students. Recently a new Skilling Centre has been started to empower youth and make them job-able. We need Manager for the Skill Development Training who reports to GM Skilling.
Roles and Responsibilities
Marketing and Brand Building of Skill Centre
Handling day-to-day operations of Skill batches coordinating with GM, trainers and industry connects.
Working with team in creation of leads pipeline for new batches.
Engaging with Industry for Skill requirements, CSR funds and OJT
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:
