Required Skills:

• Relevant experience in BFSI with understanding of Cybersecurity controls frameworks such as NIST FSS (financial services sector)
• Should have managed large scale change delivery / change programs for Cybersecurity (essential)
• Ideally the programs are at ticket size of USD 100 million and upwards, and these are across regions and not specific to India
• Ability to run projects at scale with focus on AGILE methodologies
• Prince 2 / PMP / AGILE certification is good to have
• Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders not only from Cybersecurity but broader technology and business as well
• Should have understanding of JIRA / Confluence / Power BI as well
• Role holder will manage PM / PMO's & ensure they are aligned to deliver the intended outcomes; while carrying out the people management duties as well
• Some of the technologies in Cybersecurity are : Global Defense, network security, access management
