    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate located in Mumbai. The Legal Associate will also be responsible for general day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring that all legal matters are handled effectively and efficiently.

    Legal Executive in our Dispute Resolution department who brings in a minimum of 5 years of relevant expertise and smooth functioning of the firm, having specialization in Civil & Commercial Litigation, NCLT (IBC), Arbitration,

    Experienced in appearing before the Trial Courts, NCLT (IBC) and High Courts and well versed with filing and hearing procedures.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Should have a keen interest in itigation and looking to build a long - term career on the civil & commercial side.

    Should have an academic bent of mind and be able to author critical analysis and articles on the latest legal developments.

    Pleasing personality and a Good team player.

    Qualifications

    • Expertise in law and legal issues
    • Experience in legal document preparation and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
    • Strong research capabilities and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Familiarity with legal databases and computer systems
    • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
    • Master's degree in Law or related field is a plus
