    Job Description:

    We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced CRM (Customer Relationship Management) professional to join our team in Pune and Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, driving IT sales, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective account management and service delivery.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement strategies for IT sales, focusing on B2B sales and staff augmentation services.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requirements promptly and professionally.

    Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions tailored to meet client needs.

    Conduct regular business reviews with clients to review service performance, identify areas for improvement, and explore opportunities for business growth.

    Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and maximize client satisfaction.

    Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues or escalations effectively.

    Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and agreements as necessary.

    Stay updated on industry trends and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to support business planning and strategy.

    Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities in the CRM system.

    Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the organization.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

    Proven experience in IT sales, B2B sales, and account management, preferably in the technology or staffing industry.

    Strong understanding of staff augmentation services and client servicing principles.

    Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients at all levels.

    Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective business plans and sales strategies.

    Experience in managing client relationships and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

    Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset for business planning and development.

    Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and business engagements.
