Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via CALLS , email and chats.
• Provide resolutions to customer queries, according to company's policies.
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
• Data entry in various platforms.

Qualifications

• Only Freshers candidates can apply.
• Tech graduates , any Graduates are eligible to apply.

• Residing within 30 kms from WIPRO Hinjewadi office in order to apply.
