    Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - P&C Claims

    In this role, One should have good knowledge of Claims for P&C Insurance client. Should have detailed knowledge of Claims End to End lifecycle and should be able to clearly connect each Claims process within Claims Life Cycle. Should be able to understand Regulatory Compliance guidelines and connect that with process input to ensure meeting SLAs. Ensure that turnaround time and quality of documents meets Company service standards.

    Responsibilities

    ·Manage teams and service level targets. Providing guidance to direct reports

    ·Monitor, analyses and report on trends in the key Claims performance drivers

    ·Leading weekly/monthly/quarterly discussions on operations with US stakeholders

    ·Understanding of risks faced by the function and the controls in place to manage and mitigate the risks

    ·Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area

    ·Ability to function effectively in a team environment exercising good judgment

    ·Working with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning

    ·Facilitating goal-level creation for the broader function and works with managers to ensure the goals cascade to all associates

    ·Ensuring meeting billable numbers on daily basis

    ·Guiding the talent identification and development processes for a function

    ·Approving hiring and redeployment requests within his/her group

    ·Queue Management – Effectively managing and monitoring queue

    ·Performing Quality Audits and sharing detailed feedback for maintaining quality standards.

    ·Root Cause Analysis on escalations received

    ·Very good problem-solving skills & attention to detail.

    ·Ability to accurately interpret and compile information from a variety of sources and systems

    ·Ability to function effectively in a team environment exercising good judgment

    ·Ability to meet outlined and expected standards of timeliness and accuracy in completion of work

    Qualifications we seek in you

    Minimum Qualifications / Skills

    ·Any Graduate

    ·Relevant experience in Claims for P&C Insurance industry (Claims)Communication – Good Written and spoken Communication Skills

    ·MS Office

    Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

    ·Insurance/reinsurance proven experience

    ·Should have procurement experience especially in the Energy, Power, Aviation or Automobile industry

    ·Lean/Six Sigma awareness.

    ·Excellent knowledge of MS Excel/PowerPoint.

    ·Excellent communication skills and influencing ability
