    Key responsibilities :


    Knowledge on Various CRM Platforms CS, Sales and Marketing.


    • Understanding the Purpose of the tool, making it an easy to adopt tool.


    • Managing and sharing the details of Sales pipeline through the optimum utilisation of the CRM tool.


    • Re-visit the CRM tool to create friendliness of usage


    • Training one sales organisation on managing the tool in terms of administration and its governance. Also, creating and updating training manuals for every process of CRM


    • Ensuring updating of prospect, qualified, won data into CRM by Sales & Business Development Committee.


    • Generating Business Intelligence through Analytics of the pipeline


    • Ensure adoption, governance and usage for all business Units and making data/intelligence a part of the review process


    • Responsible for maintaining the CRM system including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, workflows, and security.


    • Manage engagement with the technical team for enhancements, new developments, and query resolution.


    • Own end to end process improvements for all Business Units.


    • Liaise with finance as and when required during the process flow.

    QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

    Skills and Competencies


    • Minimum 7-10 years of experience working as a senior administrator for executive management level.


    • Excellent analytical skills


    • Influencing and impact skills


    • Hands on Knowledge / certification of CRM system like , oracle CRM, Microsoft dynamics


    • Exposure of managing sales pipeline in the past.


    • Stakeholder Management


    • Understand sales and commercial process


    • Preferably from Logistics / Service Industry


    • Strong work ethic, reliable, discreet, and able to retain confidential information


    • Optimistic nature and strong team player


    • Excellent organizational skills, strong multi-tasker, able to remain calm under pressure


    • Professional demeanour, strong brand ambassador for the department and DP World


    • Strong Microsoft Office skills, knowledge of social media


    • Ability to research independently with speed and initiative.
