    Overview:

    The RetailHead plays a crucial role in leading and overseeing the retailoperations of the organization ensuring profitability efficiencyand exceptional customer service. This position is vital in settingand executing strategies to maximize sales and profitability whilemaintaining high standards of operationalexcellence.JobDescription

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Retail strategyplanning Drive the mid and longterm retail strategy of MX Divisionby understanding the market flow and retailer and competitortrends.
    • Cooperative retail methodologydevelopment Follow the cooperative retail methodology depending oneach retailer stores operation standards and present themethodology to related business organizations(regional offices andsubsidiaries).
    • Retail data analysis Performimprovement plans on the potential sales issues of subsidiaries andretailers via retail data analysis.
    • RetailKPI(Key Performance Index) management Manage the operation ofretail KPI(Key Performance Index) such as sell out out of stockunusable stock new model stores coverageetc.


    RequiredSkills and Competencies:

    • Activelyprovides insights and recommendations for the functional orbusiness unit level strategic plans
    • Anticipatesfuture needs and develops innovative solutions that addresseslongerterm needs of the function
    • Recommendsopportunities for the company to monetize or improve its bottomline processes or strategy
    • Actively creates thelinkages of his/her own function with other parts of theorganization to generate greater businessvalue
    • Takes personal responsibility forcorrecting customer problems corrects problems promptly anddefensively
    • Gets action and commitment ofothers by forging good relationships with relevant stakeholdersinvolved
    • Focuses ambition for the company andnot for self
    • Takes in consideration teamsperformance and helps to address poorperformers.

    Note:Experience in electronic sector isPreferred
