Description

Financial Records Management:
Maintaining accurate financial records including ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial documents.

Financial Reporting: Generating regular financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Invoicing and Billing: Handling the invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing to clients or customers. Following up on overdue payments and managing collections.

Expense Management: Tracking and managing company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets and expense policies.

Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements with company accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Tax Compliance: Assisting with tax preparation and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. This may involve calculating taxes owed, preparing tax returns, and liaising with tax authorities.

Financial Analysis: Conducting financial analysis to support decision-making, such as assessing profitability, analyzing trends, and identifying areas for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.

Communication and Coordination: Collaborating with other departments or external parties such as auditors, vendors, and clients to resolve financial issues and ensure smooth operations.

Adherence to Regulations: Staying up-to-date with financial regulations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements.


Pay:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
