Accountabilities

End to end ownership of requirements including requirement elicitation with required stakeholders to understand their needs, documentation of requirements and validation of requirement implementation by technical team.

Conduct market and customer research and identify features to be built for a specific LMS customer segment.

Identify user personas and create user journeys.

Create mind maps and story maps.

Slice requirements and create of user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Work with architects, technical teams, UX to identify appropriate solutions to problems, validate the solution fit before development.

Work closely with development team to walk through the requirements, review the implementation and provide sign off.

Work with Product owners to support release planning.

Demonstrate the product to business stakeholders and customers.

Participate in all agile ceremonies.

Qualification:

Experience - 4 to 6 years

Working knowledge on any Learning management system (LMS) like CornerStone, SABA, SuccessFactors, SumTotal etc. Knowledge on multiple LMS is a plus.

Ability to adapt to changes in a dynamic environment.

Experienced in working with user personas, user journeys and story maps.

Experienced in writing effective user stories.

Self starter with strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Understanding of Agile practices including frameworks like Scrum and SAFe.
