About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

a. Assist HR recruiters in identifying potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, and university career fairs

b. Screen resumes and applications to ensure they meet basic qualifications and criteria outlined for specific roles

2. Interview Coordination and Support:

a. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers

b. Prepare interview materials, such as interview guides and candidate profiles

c. Participate in interviews, either as an observer or interviewer, to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit within the organization

3. Administrative Support:

a. Provide administrative assistance throughout the recruitment process, including organizing candidate databases, updating job postings, and managing communication with applicants

b. Assist in drafting offer letters, conducting reference checks, and facilitating onboarding procedures for successful candidates
