We are looking for a Business Development Executive resource who will be responsible for developing business for Agkika from the initial stage to closing the deal. Maintaining a database of potential clients, the lead generation strategy & execution must be in keeping with sales principles & effective proven systems. Business Development Executive at Agkika shall be responsible for converting inbound & outbound leads into clients, as well as nurturing client relationships with the Company in all its phases - potential leads, new client, & existing ones at regular intervals.
Eligibility
Demonstrated history of result driven Sales & Business Development for the Company/s he or she has been associated with. 3+ years work experience in Sales field - Accounting Outsourcing industry is a bonus Academic Background in Marketing.
Job Responsibilities
Competitor research & gaining a strong grasp of current market dynamics.
Architecting compelling sales strategies to develop business.
Evaluating leads, Prospecting & lead generation & nurturing the leads thereon.
Meet Sales targets set after deliberations with the management.
Forge strong client relationships understanding their needs at different phases of their journey with Agkika Influence Cross functional Teams collaboratively - Marketing, Operations
Tasks and Activities
Construct sales proposals, sales scripts, templates & other support materials to streamline Agkika's sales structure, & sales process for the team.
Cold calling database of potential clients sent by marketing team. Conduct Quarterly Meetings with Existing Clients fostering lasting relationships.
Consultatively upsell Agkika's offerings to existing clients to achieve, excel pre-set targets.
Track, Analyze & Measure Inbound & Outbound Sales for its effectiveness.
Train operations team to retain clients positively.
Assist the marketing team to improve upon the marketing campaigns.

Impact Generated through Sales Processes, Systems Employed Achievement of Sales Goals. Strength of Business Relationships forged over a timeline.
