Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their individual style preferences, cultural influences, and vision for their bridal ensemble.

Draw inspiration from KALKI's signature aesthetic and incorporate it into your design concepts while maintaining uniqueness and relevance to each client.

• Research global bridal fashion trends, textiles, and embellishments to ensure our designs remain at the forefront of the industry.
• Translate client preferences and design ideas into sketches, mood boards, and sample pieces that capture the essence of their dream bridal attire.
• Source high-quality fabrics, trims, and accessories that align with KALKI's standards of excellence and craftsmanship.
• Oversee the creation of prototypes and sample garments, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and precision in construction.
• Conduct fittings with clients, providing expert guidance and making necessary adjustments to achieve the perfect fit and silhouette.
• Collaborate with our in-house production team to ensure seamless execution of designs within specified timelines and quality standards.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and techniques in bridal fashion design, actively seeking opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, offering personalized service and guidance throughout the design process to exceed their expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Bridal Designer or similar role within the fashion industry, preferably with experience in luxury bridal wear.
• Portfolio showcasing exceptional design creativity, technical proficiency, and an understanding of diverse bridal aesthetics.
• Deep knowledge of bridal fashion trends, fabrics, construction techniques, and embroidery styles.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational abilities, including the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred, along with relevant industry certifications or training.
